Hi, I'm Arjan.
I like making
things click.

I'm into computer science, the web, and taking an idea from "what if?" to something that actually works. This is where I keep track of the journey.

Arjan. Curious about how things work.
Type 'help' to see what you can do.

A little context.

NOT AN ELEVATOR PITCH.
JUST THE ABOUT SECTION.

The internet feels more interesting when you make something for it instead of just scrolling through it.

I'm Arjan. I like computers, coding, and the satisfaction of finally understanding something that made absolutely no sense yesterday.

This site is part playground, part notebook. There'll be experiments, unfinished ideas, and probably a few things I change my mind about. I'd rather show the process than pretend I've got everything figured out.

* Fun fact: this website started as a drag-and-drop page. Then I decided I'd rather understand the code behind it. So here we are.

The workbench.

SO DOES STARTING.

You're looking at it. My attempt at owning a small piece of the internet, without letting a website builder make all the decisions.

THIS SECTION WILL CHANGE.
THAT'S KIND OF THE IDEA.

How computers actually work

Not just how to use things — why they work in the first place.

Making stuff on the web

There's something satisfying about writing a few lines and seeing them come alive.

AI & what comes next

I'm curious about what's possible, and how people will actually use it.

CHANGELOG.md
v0.3 Put the site on GitHub. Version history feels better than guessing what I changed.
v0.2 Switched from the drag-and-drop editor to writing the site myself.
v0.1 Got the domain. Broke a few things. Learned what DNS is.
